WALKING THE WALK

I am passionate about developing God given ideas and destinies. But, I don’t just write and talk about it. I just don’t talk about family and relationships. I actually do it myself. I share things I learned from God adventures and lessons I am sipping-in, in real time. My close friend, Louis and me, have been building a social network curating platform that is getting some buzz now. It started as a game, a concept. But now, its for real. WHY DO “THEY” PROSPER & I DON’T, EVEN THOUGH I SAID YES TO GOD? – PART 2

In this post, I wish to share the next set of responses to Kenny’s questions.  If you haven’t read Part 1 of this post, I encourage you to do so to get the full story. Simply click here. In brief, I was responding to a bunch of questions a young, passionate, and enthusiastic Christian man posed during a difficult time of his life. Kenny asked,

Why is that I am following God and doing everything right but I am not prospering? Instead, it seems those who aren’t following God are prospering. How come these problems never end? I am tired man. Why do things just seem hard even after I have given God a hundred percent? How come it seems like things are working for other people and seems to come easy to others while for me its a fight…? Its not fair…! This faith thing must be a lie.

Part 1 focused on person and his connections. This post will be centered on the theme of blessing. It is a real treat because I personally enjoy the answers here. Don’t forget to comment with your thoughts. It puts a smile on my face to read from you.

FYI – Kenny’s response is at the end! Continue reading “WHY DO “THEY” PROSPER & I DON’T, EVEN THOUGH I SAID YES TO GOD? – PART 2″

Neither of us seemed to be progressing. I was at my lowest point, having suffered major setbacks and failures. My cousins were no exception. What was the question? Let me explain with a story. Continue reading “WHERE TO START WITH YOUR DREAMS”

THE NEED TO BRING YOUR DREAMS TO LIFE

“Genius (every great work of art) is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration,” said Thomas Edison, the famous inventor credited with over 1000 patents. Steve Harvey, a successful comedian and TV host explained it this way, “Success is like struggling to get to a hundred push-ups and holding the position at a hundred for the rest of your life” Continue reading “THE NEED TO BRING YOUR DREAMS TO LIFE”
