Trust yourself; be confident in yourself; think highly of yourself BUT not more highly than you ought to. In order words, think of yourself well; think of yourself respectably. A balance of self-respect and self-esteem. For we read:
“Do not think of yourself more highly than you should. Instead, be modest in your thinking, and judge yourself according to the amount of faith that God has given you – Romans 12:3b GNT”
In another language,
Be strong and courageous like Joshua; be determined and confident.
All of these anchored on “For I will be with you always.” Meaning, while you GO on your road that leads your destiny – God’s call to you from the future, you need to trust yourself on some level. Therefore –
Don’t doubt yourself. Believe in yourself.
“Trust yourself to love even when you get scratched by the cat for showing your love.
Trust yourself to not change your character just because the cat keeps on scratching you.
Trust yourself to be stronger and faithful to yourself.
Trust yourself to stand by your values and decisions.
Trust yourself to be fair each day and be unbiased.
Trust yourself to not be judgemental about others because you have different views.
Trust yourself to be compassionate and empathetic.
Trust yourself to trust God when times are tough for He will see you through.
Trust yourself to have the strength when things seems lost and dreary.
Trust yourself to know your strengths and weaknesses and trust yourself to embrace them.
Trust yourself to show your strengths and weaknesses but handle yourself when someone tries to use your weaknesses against you.
Trust yourself to come out of difficult situations stronger than when you got in.
Trust yourself to be happy with yourself and not because of something or someone.
Trust yourself to love yourself for within you lies your happiness and the key that shapes your decisions”
